How do drops work?

New pieces are released in drops. Each drop opens to our First Look email list 24 hours before it goes live on the site. Follow us on Instagram at @roziervintage for previews of what's coming.

How do I get early access?

Sign up for First Look at the bottom of any page. Subscribers can shop each drop 24 hours before it opens to everyone else.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final, and items are sold as is. Please review each listing's description and photos carefully and confirm measurements before you buy. If you need more information, email us at hello@roziervintage.com. See our refund policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the US is a flat $15. For the rest of the world, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in your order total. For international orders, the carrier collects them on delivery, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before you order. We are unable to mark packages as gifts on customs forms.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen once carrier tracking confirms delivery. Any follow-up is between the recipient and the carrier.

What if my package is returned to you?

If a package is returned to us for any reason, such as an incorrect address, an unclaimed package or a refused delivery, a second shipping fee is required before we can send it again.

Can I shop in person?

We sell online and at pop-ups. Sign up for First Look at the bottom of any page to be notified of upcoming pop-ups.
